We like to keep costs low

To keep administration costs as low as possible, we work with a practical prepaid payment system. You pay through an online e-wallet. The monthly subscription costs of the various services purchased, including PriTelecom, and the call costs are deducted from this e-wallet. All you have to do is ensure that there is sufficient balance in your e-wallet.

A threshold amount is automatically set that is based on the total costs from the past and / or the purchased services. As soon as the balance falls below this threshold amount, you will receive a message by email (notification) with the request to top up the balance. If necessary, the reminder is repeated (a number of times). In the PriPortal you can increase the threshold amount yourself, so that you receive a notification earlier.

Depositing money in your e-wallet

Deposits in the e-wallet can be made via various payment options:

  • By direct debit
This is what most customers use because you no longer have to worry about paying on time. An amount will be collected from your bank with which the e-wallet will be replenished, so that the services can be paid for. This amount may vary depending on the services you have. It can happen that several collections take place per month or that a few months pass before another collection takes place. This has to do with the costs you incur, for example the call costs. You can easily request a direct debit via the portal at My Account > Financial.

  • Deposit yourself via the portal
You can also deposit money yourself in the e-wallet by using the various payment methods in the PriPortal. In this case, you must keep an eye on your balance yourself to prevent your account from going on standby.

Invoicing

In the first week of the new month, you will receive an itemized invoice for the previous month. Here you will find an overview of the costs incurred that have been charged in your e-wallet. The remaining e-wallet balance is also stated. This invoice can be found in the PriPortal under My account > Financial. The invoice has already been paid via the e-wallet so is only intended for your administration. If you want to know your e-wallet balance in the meantime, you can view this in the customer portal.

For customers with a valid VAT number outside the Netherlands and within the EU, the VAT can be transferred. Contact the administration for this. Under certain conditions, companies and individuals established or living outside the EU can be billed without VAT.

Looking for an invoice for an e-wallet deposit?

Deposits in the e-wallet are not booked by PriServices as income, but as a claim that you have on us. After all, it remains your money and it can also be reclaimed by you. It is actually your money that you keep in your own online electronic wallet (e-wallet). For that reason, it is not possible to send an invoice of a deposit. It’s like making a transfer from your own bank account to your own savings account or a PayPal account. You also do not have an invoice for this, because it remains your own money. Every bookkeeper or accountant will know how to deal with this flawlessly.
